Comments

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How we process payments
Invoicing and payment processing
We use trusted third-party services to process payments for our invoices:
Xero – We invoice clients using Xero. When you receive an invoice and make a payment, the information you provide (such as name, contact details, invoice amount, and payment method information) is processed by Xero in accordance with Xero’s own privacy and data handling policies.
Stripe – We accept online payments via Stripe. When you make a payment, your payment information (including name, billing address, email, card or bank account information, and transaction details) is securely transmitted to and processed by Stripe to complete the transaction.

Stripe may collect personal data including, but not limited to: transaction data (amount, date, status), contact details, payment method details, device and browser information, and IP address. Stripe does not sell your personal data to marketers or unrelated third parties.
By making a payment through Stripe, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to Stripe and acknowledge that Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy.
Who we share your data with
Password resets
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email for security purposes.
Third-party service providers
We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as fraud protection, IT hosting, analytics, and payment processing (e.g., Stripe). These parties are bound to use your data only as necessary to provide those services to us.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Website administrators can see and edit that information.
